The Jebel Ali sells itself as Dubai's only true resort propertyand it certainly lives up to its name. The resort offers a very differnt feel to any other of the hotels in Dubai. It is situated directly on the beach and offers an exceptional array of facilities and things to do, most noteably golf and horse riding, which make it the ideal choice for families. Rooms are located in chalet like blocks, set in lush greenery and are spacious with beautiful bathrooms and come with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort. In the evening we dined at the White Orchid which was fantastic. The food was delicious and was complimented by excellent service and a relaxing setting overlooking the beach. However, in contrast the standard of the breakfast didn't match that of the night before., which was slightly disappointing. This is a relaxed and friendly resort that provides an alternative to the Jumeirah beach area away from the construction.
