I was reccently staying at the Al Qasr for a few days and loved it!
I have seen most hotels around the Beach in Dubai and it was without doubt the best of all of them. The location is prefect, not too far from Sheikh Zayed Road and the attractions of Dubai's downtown and on a perfect stretch of beach away from the building work that can affect stays further down the strip.
Part of the Madinat complex it offers a wealth of facilities and services. Great resturants and Bars, a gorgeous massive pool and steps from a clean private beach.
All the staff were polite and curteous and had a great attention to detail when cleaning the rooms and sorting out loungers on the beach.
All round a great hotel and one i will definatley go back to and recommend to all my family and friends.

| Men beware - its very hard to get into bars / clubs in shorts and or sandals on the Madinat complex. |
