The Mina Seyahi is a good quality hotel, whichreally sits right in the middle of the range of hotels in Dubai.
Not as good as the Jumeirah hotels (Jumeirah beach, Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah), but slightly better than the Hilton and Oasis beach.
The beach and pool are are very good, but the hotel isn't particularly grand, although it is also very difficult to fault.
This is the only hotel on the beach that currently offers all inclusive. The buffet for the all inclusive is very good, but you do miss out on the opportunity to visit the other fine restaurants close by.
