Our standard Ocean Deluxe room at the Jumeirah featured an amazing sea view which made all the difference. Its nice to be able to see the sea as its so beautiful.
We booked this hotel largely because of the facilities, as there is a huge range of choice in Dubai and difficult to know where to start. But here, there are five pools, as well as squash and tennis courts and of course the kids club which you dont pay anything extra for - this was a huge help.
We found an amazing array of choice here especially in terms of places to eat, we counted over 20 restaurants - although in most cases you need to make a reservation - this is just the way its done here.
I couldn't have wished for a better location for my family, we were opposite the Burj al Arab so went for a drink there, and of course our resort complex was vast with so much to do.
My only complaint is that the hotel were late to greet us.
